Derived from two words: "cease" and "it"

Manny: "Yeah, that game sounds fun."

Michael: "Ok we'll play it in a second. Well not a second since we have to switch games and finish this match so more like 2 minutes unless--ceassit!"

Manny: "Thank you!"
