FHNIC

Former Head Nigger in Charge. When a black person who was considered by some (and usually only himself) to be the HNIC (Head Nigger In Charge) is toppled from his self appointed position, usually due to his own shortcomings and greed. Another "HNIC" will usually self-appoint themselves after such toppling occurs.

"Man, Tony was da HNIC! If he diddnt turn into a nigger genius, he would still have da crown! Now he's just the FHNIC.
