Adv. Characteristic of performing an intense, physical, recreational activity while wearing jeans when it is not customary to wear jeans while performing said activity.

I just saw Gus down at the YMCA goin' balls out jeans on the stair climber.

Example 2:

I just boned some nasty broad in the bathroom balls out jeans.
