dock thot

A person or persons of any sexual orientation that gather around or in water near or on a boating dock (usually during times when weather is fair and the temperature is considered above the regions definition of warm) to take up space and generally be in the way of those who intend to use a boating dock for its intended purpose.

Owen: Damn brother, I just wanted to take my canoe out for a rip but all these people are in the way.
