1. A state in which one appears to be stoned, drunk, or anything of the sort and says some random bullshit for everything. This bullshit generally has no relation to the topic that is being spoken. Makes it seem as if the person is deaf or actually is stoned.
2. Simply bullshit

Guy 1- Hey, how's the weather tomorrow?
Guy 2- Spongebob Squarepants, how about you?
Guy 1- Dude, you're bynt.
