Burnt

means being out of luck, Nothing you can do about it. When things don't go as you planned.

"My car broke down, now I cant go to the club. Looks like I am burnt."

"I know I told you that we could do something later, but I got other plans. Sorry, you're burnt."

Burned Out

Dissapointed. or Coming off a high,and not feeling good.

"My check isn't as big as I thought it would be. I'm burned out."

"I don't feel like doing anything right now, I'm feeling burned out."
