Lonche 

It's a taco con bistek (with beef steak) but instead of a tortilla, it uses a bolillo, a mexican sandwich bread roll. Usually topped with thinly sliced cabbage, onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa.

This lonche looks like a taco with bread instead of a tortilla.
