NARCissism 

A psychological condition in which people are genetically predisposed to be snitch ass informants.

Often times, these NARCissistic people will rat people out, not based on what is right or wrong, but because of peer pressure.

Norene: Oh no, I've been ratted out for smoking pot!

Alex: Sorry, Norene, it had to be done, I suffer from NARCissism. My friends told me to do it...

Norene: Oh well, you've only ruined my summer! Thanks Alex.
