Beefy bake

A pastry dish made in Scotland. Consists of minced beef in between pastry, much in the same manner as a Cornish Pasty.

Used to describe something good. (colliquial, Glasgow)

I'm away for a beefy bake.

As good as a steaming hot beefy bake.
