Hawaiian name. Compounding of the elements Ke (one, the one) and Aloha (love, loved one, beloved, friend). Usually one of great beauty inside and out. A great friend who will always be by your side. The most coolest ,smartest, and sensitive one in the crowd. Sometimes shortened to the form Kea.

Here comes Kealoha she is the most awesome friend a person can have.

She told me to call her Kea.
