chila is an amazing friend and is very outgoing. She isn’t scared or afraid to speak her mind. If you fall on the wrong side watch out because she isn’t scared to hit back. But if you are her friend you are one of the luckiest people because she is very caring and loving also funny, beautiful loves to party.
