A belief that people of the "heavy-set" variety are in some way inferior or less of a human.

-Creepy Chris said I couldnt see my own toes, he is a waistist.
-The fat kid farted in class, obviously because he is fat (waistist comment/belief)
-Who ate all the brownies, must have been fatty. (waistism)
-I'm sure you would like a cookie, fatty (waistism)
