A new form of intoxication (similar to getting high or drunk). Those who have experienced it describe it as being akin to "Snorting the universe, then shoving it up your ass whilst smoking it." One's perception is heightened whilst grang'd and claims have been made that one can experience things happening elsewhere in the world whilst grang'd (this has yet to be confirmed).
