a flighty, an unreliable, stubborn, greedy, sleazy and abusive person. A person who is jealous when someone has more than them and covets what does not belong to them; does not share if they are blessed and like to hoard; also like to live off others.

She left her abusive husband because he went parvez on her and the kids.
