It’s a dull/dumb idiot with some variation of a mullet; that has somehow become a popular hairstyle in the 2020’s.

I don’t go to Nashville anymore, it’s full of dullets and skanks.

Chitzle 

A word originating from the PNW (Pacific northwest) that means just (Ch)illing, shooting the sh(it),siz(zle). In other words you're chilling, shootin the shit, and sizzling as in hanging with the home-fries, or home-skillets as the term for homie or home-boy is more commonly known in the Seattle and Portland regions.

Moon: Dude you gotta come over after class and chitzle!

Henry: No way bro, all you guys do is smoke bong and have farting contests..
