The proprietor of a Mexican eatery, be it restaurant or takeaway, who is clearly not Mexican, but Turkish in both mannerisms and appearance. Common throughout Australia.

"Chris dude, what do you want for lunch?"
"How about a burrito from the Mexiturk downstairs?"

The act of sneaking upon an absent friend or colleague's chair and farting upon it before they return.
