a buster is a word to describe a girl that is just nasty looking- the kind of girl that just makes a guy cringe at the sight of her

this girl could have a bad body, teeth, or face

(this has nothing to do with her breasts)

Oh gross, that girl is such a buster.

or

Eww, look at her face, that girl is shusty busty.
