Fireflies Nostalgia
A sudden, overwhelming wave of nostalgia where you deeply miss the past, knowing there is absolutely no going back. Instead of making you happy, it brings a flood of core memories and beautiful moments (usually from childhood) that make you feel deeply sad and break into tears. It is the type of nostalgia that hurts, usually triggered by a song.
