A term coined by reasonable people to describe Assholes who wander around bothering and harassing others who are just minding their own business, trying to chase views and money while adding nothing of value to society. They tend to lack basic social skills or morality, and will often hide behind the very cops they claim to despise when they’re about to get confronted by someone fed up with their nonsense.
