Double Mint Patty

The act of mutually completing a peppermint patty between two consenting adults (sexual preference does not matter) in the form of simultaneous cunnilingus or "69"ing. This is done with both parties eating junior mints or peppermint pattys before engaging in the act.

Todd: Chris, you won't believe my weekend. First i went shopping, did some gardening, and then that girl from the city and i did a double mint patty for desert! My dick feels minty!
