Schrödinger's Intern

Someone who only claims to have a higher role only when it best suits them. On the contrary, someone who also claims to have a lower role to get out of higher skilled work.

James is the Schrödinger's intern around the office. Whenever Catrice asks him to help with grunt work he suddenly has more important thinks to do, but when Bill needs help handling important projects, James suddenly doesn't have enough experience to help out.
