1) a person or thing that participates in non-consensual, homosexual, anal activites.

2) a person or thing that proceeds to commit an extremely stupid, possibly homosexual, suss act. Then attempts to explain his/her/it's actions by exclaiming loudly "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat"

3) Usually of the male variety

rakious, raky, rakyed, rakytion

-Male *proceeds to perform a rakious act*
-Female "That's so damn raky"
