1- A person in charge of keeping a party going. 2-Someone who brings the energy into a group and gets people excited 3-a person who fluffs up a pillow, or bed, or situation. 4-A person who works the room and makes sure everyone is participating and having a good time.
Amanda is a natural born fluffer. She always notices who is not having fun and is right there to pump them up and keep the party going.
