It is when one partner takes a bottle of whiskey and pores it into the other partners anus. When the anus is full the partner who poured the whiskey into the anus drinks the whiskey out of the anus. The whiskey is preferred to have been made in Kentucky for the sake of the name.
When I went to my girlfriends for the weekend we got so drunk I ended up accidentally performing a Kentucky Welcome.
