PFB

An acronym for "personality face body." Often using a scale from 1 to 10 ( with the occasional negative), it is characterized by its common use by males for judging a female.

"Hey, Man, PFB Jessica Alba."

"That's easy, 8 9 9."

"Dude...are you a queer?"
