woodchippered 

This occurs at high speed on a full-suspension a mountain bike, when the rider's buttocks contacts the rear tire with enough force as to allow the tire's rotation to pull the rider's pelvis (and accompanying anatomy) into the space between the rear tire and the back of the seat tube.

My undercarriage is wrecked from when I got woodchippered.
