Lupo'd

It's when your co-worker claims that they cannot finish his or her job duties and you end up having to help them. Only that the person "needing help" punches out well before you complete the work you are helping them with. Therefore you got Lupo'd.

I was told to help Jim at work today only to get Lupo'd on the back end....
