Hebb Drunk

A state of intoxication characterized by high levels of symptoms not limited to visual impairment, erratic movement , and flushed face. Will usually result in difficulty of comprehension and significant added risk for self injury.

Yeah man, she was "Hebb Drunk" after two consecutive back draft shots.
