Total Compensation Equilibrium

A method by which the quality or quantity of work is reduced in order to match what is determined to be acceptable pay for that work.
i.e. slacking off because working harder pays the same.

"My boss wouldn't give me a raise, so I've decided to enact a Total Compensation Equilibrium".
