An extended version of the word "tight". One pioneer of the word is Ryan Key from the band Yellowcard. He used it numerous times during a concert in Colorado.

Ryan: "How many of you guys have our new record?"
*Crowd raises hands*
Ryan: "Thats pretty tiyight"
