Chicago Shiver
The sexual act of busting a load inside a condom, freezing said condom thus creating a cumsicle. Then the condom over the cumsicle is peeled off. The now peeled cumsicle is to be repeatedly inserted inside the woman (or man) until completely melted.
Jerry's friend: "Hey Jerry are you and your wife still trying for a baby?"
Jerry: "Yeah but unfortunately I leave for the nightshift before she gets to bed. I'll just leave a Chicago Shiver in the freezer for her."
Jerry's friend: "Remember, if she ain't peelin she ain't feelin."
