Chat hopping
The act of hopping between different streamer's chats to tell what one streamer is doing to another. Someone that is chat hopping is called a chat hopper.

chat hoppers
1) People that jump between different livestream chatrooms telling what one streamer is doing to other streamers, what one streamer currently has to other streamers, etc.
2) It can also mean users that go from one streamer's chatroom to other streamers either to harass or abuse them.
