A particularly annoying, typically bashful male pre-teen or teen semi-transsexual of South Asian descent. These young males can be observed selling themselves on the streets of Manila, Hanoi and Kolkata, competing in international telethons or contests, or singing at tacky wedding receptions in Delhi.
That businessman from Indiana is going to Cambodia to buy several Sanjayas to take back to the Marriott, where after they have exhausted their passions will retire to the lobby disco to watch several other Sanjayas perform their contortionist routine to Enya.
