a mans inability to keep his eyes from wandering towards a womans chest in order to reap the benefits of what her mammary glands offer, without actual physical contact. usually happens without the mans knowledge.

man: ah, damn it! i'm eyeball wandering again.
man 2: you need to stop, or you're gonna be labled as a pervert.
