A "Meien" is a person who would belittle you online, mostly in a PvP game, by calling you a child. If you should win this PvP game against a Meien, the Meien would then call you cute or adorable, with a pedophillic undertone.
Player 1: This guy keeps calling me cute, and a kid because I beat him in a fight...
Player 2: Don't worry about that guy, he's just a Meien.
Player 2: Don't worry about that guy, he's just a Meien.
