Sexual act performed on a male senior citizen. Female feeds a combination Viagra/Laxative to bedridden patient. Upon appearance of the "boner", the female gives a hand-job/blow-job which will cause the old man to ejaculate and shit the bed simultaneously. Female leaves entire mess for nursing staff to clean-up. Commonly used by younger wife/girlfriend to piss off the old mans grown-up children.
