This is simply beans mixed with weed. It is common among young adults and mainly consumed by people who do not actively smoke weed but want to get high.

Me: Hey, how are y’all celebrating 4:20 this year?

Friend: I don’t smoke bro, but I’m definitely making some Weans tonight!
