Bitchy 

A female dog is called a “bitch”. Dogs bite and bark when pissed off. Ergo, a female who is acting snappy, angry and biting at those around her is being “bitchy”.

I can’t believe Sarah is acting so bitchy, Helen must have really pissed her off
