A 2016 Visual Novel created by Venezuelan originated game studio "Sukeban games" where you play as a simple bartender in an otherwise complex dystopian cyberpunk world. The gameplay revolves around mixing and serving the correct drinks to clients while hearing their stories whether about themselves or the events around them. Depending on the drinks you serve, some characters might open up and share more of their stories, which might lead to a different ending. The soundtrack is arguably one of VA-11 Hall-A's strongest suite, with influences from synthwave and vaporwave genres.
Overall, a great game and a must try for Visual Novel fans.

A: Dude I heckin' love VA-11 Hall-A so much! It's such a great game, I looove the characters, especially Sei Asagiri man!
B: Oh my god A, you have been talking non-stop about that game for years now, I don't get why you're so obsessed with it.

Katawa Shoujo is a 2012 Visual Novel created by 4 Leaf Studios, where you play as a transfer student who's trying to come to terms with the fact and stigma of being a disabled student in a school for the disabled. There you meet 5 girls each with their own disabilities and ways of dealing with it. Although there are a few NSFW scenes, it's not the main focus and is only present in specific scenes which can be toggled off.
The Visual Novel was created by 4 Leaf Studios, a studio which was formed by a select few anons of 4Chan, after the concept of Katawa Shoujo was thrown on the forums on 2007. Development started chaotically, with anons throwing ideas of how the game would play out, and what scenes should play out and all that. But after a while, a few people stepped up to formally develop the game in a orderly manner. The group would then go by 4 Leaf Studios, named after the clover symbol of 4Chan. After 5 years of development hell, Katawa Shoujo was released on January 4th, 2012 on the PC for free, which it still is today. Afterwards, 4 Leaf Studios would disband to work on their own personal projects.

A: Grandpa. I found this artbook about Katawa Shoujo in your attic. What's it about?
B: Sit down you little twerp. Let me tell you about the story that changed my life.
