A wierd random person, a general name for people who like fun and they like being strange.
Moob can be used a verb, as a kind of strange and unexplained weird action.

Livvie: OMG YOUR A MOOB!
Rosie: YAYYYAYYA I know.
Livvie: I'm a moob too.
Dogface: *moob attack*
