Verb. Pronounced "Pee yoo kuhl" Combination of the words "Puke" and "Chuckle". This is when one is laughing so hard he/she vomits. Often, this results in choking, gasping, vomit in the sinus cavities and even possible expulsion off vomit from the nose.
