Billies are strong and determined people. They don't take any crap. They are pretty and smart and a bit of a badass. Billies are quirky and out going, they dont mind helping people and are very kind. But billies have there romantic side they are very flirty and guys go crazy for them.
Guy1: did you see that girl. She was beautiful and looked so badass!
