To be a social media addicted wanna be over the age of 40, who refuses to get a real job and neglects his/her children in the process. Often seen inserting themselves into internet drama and "white knighting" for racists, drama queens and child exploiters. People who fall into this category run a high risk of becoming Public Park or Shopping Mall stalkers.

We had to intervene before Steve became a full on Negz.
