One of the most beautiful girls out there. She is loving, caring, helpful, and just generally a fantastic person. Near or far a Scarlett will always try to do what they think is best for you. If you ever meet one you better understand how lucky you are because a true Scarlett is a once in a life time thing. She may not have the most confidence in the world but that’s why you love her. You better trust me when I tell you there ain't no one else who is more beautiful in this damn world. But most importantly, the only real reason why you love her is because she makes you happy, while she is beautiful it’s not the main reason you wish for her, it’s because she makes you smile, just the thought of her is enough to slap a irremovable smile to your face, she notices all the small thing that most wouldn’t and she would talk to you even when no one else would. To sum it up, If there was one word to describe her, it would be perfection
