1) cool, rad, fab, awesome, niicee.
2) opposite of stale or boring.

"k so you girls really need to step your game up or some freshman is going to take your spot."
"k, wood." (said sarcastically.)

"she used to be so stale last year. but now she's all pop and wood and shit."
