A cool and uncommon name from Simplified Chinese, usually for males, originally meaning red leaves or "叶丹". Interestingly, it also means "One" in Bosnian which is just a total coincidence.

-Why do all girls like Yedan? What's good about him? I don't get it...
-Because he is smart, funny, gentle, and such a kind guy. Everyone loves him!
