Hermaphrodite

Someone who has both male and female genitalia, or, in other words, someone who is "the best of both worlds." An example of a hermaphrodite would be "Pat" from SNL.

Dude! Judging from Miley Cyrus' song, "The Best of Both Worlds," I bet you she's a hermaphrodite!
