Charles Edgar Phillips III was walking down the street when suddenly the mob drove up next to him and popped a gat at him. "My eye!!!!" Charles yelled, "How dare you pop a gat in my eye!" Charles Edgar Phillips III sued and won. However because he messed with the mob, they came and popped a gat at him again and killed him.
