1) A curse, or hex.

2) An erosion of self-deternination and disconnect from ecological responsibility.

3) A popular acronym for "People of Xolor."

Unrestrained POX population is an upset to the carrying capacity of the Earth and destroys the self-determination of others by forcing them to help maintain the health and wellbeing of the irresponsible POX.
