An Asian Slang for someone who is rude, difficult, tiring, irritating or more negative and hateful traits. Asians mostly eat rice, so if an Asian never ate rice, that would be strange, so it is a non-rice eater.

Asian 1: what is 1+1
Asian 2: omg are you stupid? it’s 2 you non rice-eater
